We reply to every application within two business days. Accepted applicants get a calendar link for a 30–45 minute fit call; the price is stated up front so the call is about fit, not money.
What's the refund policy?
Engagements have a fixed scope in writing. If we can't deliver the scope, you're refunded the undelivered portion.
Is this a certification?
